Upload Documents

Please note the following:

1) All the documents you're seeing under

http://www.bsatroop365.org/restricted-documents

http://www.bsatroop365.org/public-documents

are just the links to the real documents in Google Docs. These are the most commonly used

documents and are put up on these pages just for easy access/lookup. We can add more links

onto these pages as we wish. Whenever we upload new version of an existing document, we

should upload them into Google Docs, and don't ever have to change these links.

2) The way we upload a new version of an existing document in Google Docs is different from

the way we upload a completely brand new file. So it's very important that you follow

appropriate instructions below. If you use method #2 below for an existing document,

it will just add another document with the same name (instead of overwriting the existing

document), and we don't want to do this, especially when the links in the we pages above still

point to the old document, instead of the new one you upload. So make sure you use method #1

to upload a new version of an existing document.
